Open-mindedness, tolerance and respect

Worldwide cooperation, researchers of different nationalities and guests with different cultural background constitute the basis for excellent research. Our institute stands for open-mindedness toward the world. A prerequisite for this is that all employees treat each other with esteem and respect. Currently, more than 31 nations are represented at our institute. Small international and intercultural networks have already formed and support newcomers, meet to exchange experiences or enrich the community through get-togethers, events and activities.
